据了解，此次学院开展的“温暖行动”是为进一步贯彻落实国家资助政策和省教育厅精准扶贫政策，切实解决学院家庭经济困难学生“回家难”问题。在此次行动中，还对教育精准扶贫建档立卡生，来自威宁、赫章等14个深度贫困县20个极度贫困乡镇非教育精准扶贫建档立卡生和学院中职班学生，发放回家交通补贴每人100元，并由“温暖行动”的车辆送到各车站。
